Customer Training

One of our strongest customer support programs is our ability to assist with machinery start up and training. Factory trained packaging technicians support each machinery sale with timely installation support. Many times with simple machines, training can take place with installation. However, with more sophisticated machinery like shrink and automatic stretch wrapping systems many customers require training for multiple shifts and additional personnel. Brown Packaging can offer training during the initial set up and for the life of your packaging machine. This program is one of our most effective "Total Package" support programs. With continued training you insure the original factory warrantee is maintained and increase your machinery life and efficiency.

We offer all materials customers our "PMP" or Preventative Maintenance Program tailored to your requirements. Do you need a program that has our factory trained staff in your plant twice a year or more, or will a single visit suffice?
