Flexible Film Packaging & Shrink Wrapping

We provide shrink packaging systems to fit any requirement, and semi-automatic units to fit any budget - yet all deliver uncompromising finished package quality.

If ultra high speeds are needed with maximum reliability in an around-the-clock environment, many of our systems have Gen 3 design. This feature combines SERVO technology, PLC control and machine mechanics into one optimized unit where packaging rates can exceed 100 ppm. In addition to shrink wrapping, we also supply horizontal flow wrapping systems which produce a closed package with three sealed edges. The food industry typically uses the horizontal format systems extensively, while many other industries prefer this type of packaging, as well.

"Tuck and Fold" overwrapping systems are also available to produce yet another wrapping option. "Tuck and Fold" packages appear to be wrapped much like a birthday gift in super-clear film, yet done at very high speeds.
