Stretch Wrapping
Lantech stretch wrapping machines are available in 3 different options.
Turntable Models - are used for the majority of pallet loads.
Overhead Straddle - is designed for loads that are lightweight, tall and unstable or too heavy to rotate in a turntable system.
Horizontal Models - Custom built for heavy loads that require a high wrap force.
Case Handling
Case Handling machinery generally falls into 2 categories
Case Erectors - designed to assemble your case in an automated fashion.
Case Sealers - automatic case sealers handle all types of flutes, double and single wall and most common size cases.
Shrink Packaging
Shrink Tunnels - shrink tunnels utilize a "soft convection" shrink process in an efficiently designed chamber that uniformly bathes the firm bubble with hot air. - this all but eliminates "dog-ears", wrinkles, markings and burnouts.
Shrink Wrappers - Lantech shrink wrappers are designed to wrap as many as 75 products per minute and many utilize separate cut and seal operations.
Palletizing and Conveying
Lantech also offers standard and heavy duty conveyor systems as well as gravity fed ones and well as simple palleting solutions.
